Workflow guides for BoldSign

2 guides

Treat sending as the last step

An electronic signature workflow depends on more than uploading a PDF. The team must confirm the source document, recipients, roles, signing order, fields, authentication, reminders, expiration, and what the application does after completion or decline.

A BoldSign agent can turn those decisions into an implementation plan. Give it one signature scenario and ask for the request sequence, identifiers, webhook events, failure states, and evidence-retention requirements. It should never guess a signer email, field placement, or legal approval.

The first guide is for API implementation. It keeps send actions out of the research phase and includes tests for decline, expiration, correction, and duplicate requests.

Prepare documents from Google Drive

Google Drive holds the approved source and its review history. BoldSign manages the signature packet and signing state. The combined workflow checks that the correct Drive version, recipients, and field map are ready before dispatch. Sending remains a separate approval because it creates an external legal and operational action.

Combine plugins

Build richer agents by pairing BoldSign with complementary context

Outcome pages can describe combinations: one plugin for source context, another for project tracking, and another for delivery or notifications. Use BoldSign as one layer in a larger agent workflow when the outcome needs more than one connected app.
