PixelLab gives an agent a way to create and review pixel-art assets against a concrete game requirement. The useful starting point is an asset brief: canvas size, viewpoint, palette, silhouette, animation states, transparency, export needs, and references that the art is allowed to follow.
An agent can compare a generated sprite or object with that brief and prepare targeted revisions. It should describe visible differences such as a broken outline, inconsistent light direction, unreadable pose, or missing frame rather than calling the result “off brand.” Asset creation and replacement stay behind a game artist’s review.
PixelLab contains the asset work. Game Studio contains gameplay context and observed playtest problems. Combined, they can connect a specific visual failure, such as players missing an interactable object, to a bounded art change. The agent should preserve the playtest evidence and avoid rewriting the asset around one unsupported opinion.
