Dropbox can give an agent file, folder, version, and sharing context. Give it the business question, permitted folders, date range, and rule for choosing between drafts and approved files. It should cite the exact path and location behind each answer, while keeping inaccessible or contradictory sources visible.
Filename similarity does not prove authority. Ask the agent to inspect modification date, owner, folder placement, and approval cues before using a document. A current-looking file that conflicts with another source belongs in the questions section.
