Clarify can give an agent the contact, company, activity, and opportunity records around an account. The useful result is a short preparation brief, not a replay of every CRM event. Give the agent the meeting purpose, participants, and time horizon. Ask it to select facts that change the next conversation: recent commitments, open questions, active opportunities, relationship gaps, and a next step that no longer matches the record.
Every claim should point back to a Clarify record or dated activity. An old title, inferred priority, or missing owner should remain uncertain. The account owner can then correct the source instead of carrying an unsupported assumption into the meeting.
Gmail contains the latest wording and commitments in the thread. Clarify contains the structured account history. A combined agent can compare them, draft a response, and propose CRM updates. It should match people by verified email, keep unrelated threads out of scope, and leave sending and record changes for separate approval.
Combine plugins
Outcome pages can describe combinations: one plugin for source context, another for project tracking, and another for delivery or notifications. Use Clarify as one layer in a larger agent workflow when the outcome needs more than one connected app.
