A Canva request often names channels but leaves the actual deliverables implicit. An agent can turn “social, email, and event creative” into individual assets with format, dimensions, copy, imagery, market, owner, and review date.
Give it the campaign, channels, brand or template constraints, markets, launch date, and approvers. Ask it to identify missing source imagery, unsupported sizes, copy that will not fit, and variants that can safely reuse one design.
The campaign guide creates a production queue before design starts. It does not generate or alter designs until a creative owner accepts the asset list.
Google Drive holds the brief, copy deck, legal text, and source references. Canva holds the templates and finished campaign assets. The combined workflow maps exact approved copy to each planned design and keeps a source link for later changes.
If two Drive documents conflict, the agent should show both versions and ask the content owner. It should not choose the newer file solely from its modified date.
Combine plugins
Outcome pages can describe combinations: one plugin for source context, another for project tracking, and another for delivery or notifications. Use Canva as one layer in a larger agent workflow when the outcome needs more than one connected app.
