Box often contains the policies, contracts, project files, and operating documents that a team is allowed to use. An agent can search a defined folder tree, compare relevant files, and prepare an answer with citations. The scope and document status matter: an archived draft should not quietly override a current controlled document.
Give the agent the business question, permitted folders, date or version requirements, and source hierarchy. Ask it to include the Box file link, title, version, and quoted or summarized section behind each conclusion. Permission failures and missing files belong in the result.
